You've already demonstrated that you know your craft. This new 3-hour instructor training will help you learn how to pass on that knowledge most effectively. It will give you an overview of basic teaching practices and some great tips and tricks from experienced instructors.

In this 24-hour Train the Trainer course, instructors can utilize the 4 units as needed. Learners will be introduced to lifestyle issues, including substance use disorders, stress, behavioral health issues, suicide prevention, how to start a Members Assistance Program, and skills to recognize an issue, react, and recommend the person to a higher level of care.
